Photoelectric Laser Sensor, 20 to 300 mm Detecting Range
The Omron E3Z Photoelectric laser sensor, with a detecting range of 20 to 300 mm and with a built-in amplifier is distance settable, providing visible laser light for precision positioning and detection applications. The optical design maximises the linear propagation of laser beams making the laser easy to be precisely aligned on the targeted position. Distance setting is achieved via a potentiometer on the rear of the sensor, alongside the mode selection switch.
The spot diameter of the laser sensor at 300 mm is 0.5mm making it possible to detect small components and products easily, for example, this capable sensor can detect a 0.2 mm diameter stainless-steel pin gauge at 300 mm. Perfect for the reliable detection of small objects and narrow gaps. Built-in LED status indicators keep the operator informed during operation.
Laser beam directional deviation can be suppressed, and the spot diameter can be freely customised. This is achieved through high-precision alignment technology based on LD and emitter lens modularisation. The lens position can be adjusted inline. Mounting brackets and hardware not included.
