Room Thermostat, Anti-tamper, 8 to 30 Degrees

The versatile RAA11 room thermostat is used in heating or cooling only systems to help maintain the selected room temperature when a tamperproof housing is needed. Ideally suited for use in schools, public buildings, storage and maintenance rooms and similar applications where a desired temperature setting cannot be tampered with.

This capable room thermostat has separate outputs for heating only and cooling only. If the room temperature falls below the selected setpoint, the heating contact will close. If the room temperature exceeds the selected setpoint, the cooling contact will close. Features include two-position control, a gas-filled diaphragm with no external adjustment facility

The thermostat should be located where the air temperature can be sensed as accurately as possible, without getting adversely affected by direct solar radiation or other heat or refrigeration sources. Mounting height is about 1.5 m above the floor
