The SIMATIC KTP700 Basic Panel, with the IP65 protection, is ideal for simple visualisation tasks even in harsh environments. Additional advantages include integrated software functions such as a reporting system, recipe management, or graph functions. The high-resolution screen displays 64k colours and can work both in vertical and horizontal mode.
The USB interface allows for connecting of a keyboard, mouse or barcode scanner. It can also be used for transferring data. The high contrast screens are energy-efficient due to their 100% dimmable brightness. Configurable from WinCC Basic V13/ STEP 7 Basic V13, contains open-source software, which is provided free of charge (enclosed CD). This display panel has been created for the cost-effective implementation of simple visualisation tasks in the machine-level area, the perfect entry-level devices to create simple HMI tasks inexpensively.
