Trumeter 9100 features

The Trumeter 9100 features include a three preset counter, rate meter display and large liquid crystal display Display. The counter has three lines of process data displaying values such as count, batch and total. The size is 72 mm high by 72 mm wide. The Trumeter 9100 counter can measure values such as rate measurement, batch counting, speed counter, predetermining counter and totalling simultaneously, and is accurate enough for position sensing and machine control. Counting continues while rate measurement is in progress.

The Trumeter 9100 can count in any of 7 modes which include A-B, A+B, A/B, count, direction, quadrature x1, x2 and x4. It can also simultaneously maintain any 3 of the following count pre-set, count warning, batch present, over speed, under speed, total and speed. The Trumeter 9100 counter can retain program and data information for 40 years with no power.

The Trumeter 9100 LCD display viewable from any angle. The interface is CAN Bus/Device Net (as an option). Power the Trumeter 9100 unit from 85 Vac to 265 Vac volts. Multiplying and dividing pre-scalers enable display directly in the required (engineering) units. Manual, remote and automatic resets are available. You can disable remote inhibit and remote keyboard. Fast electronic or slow contact closure inputs, all with optical isolation. Contact closure inputs that allow only a single signal will be acted upon for a single opening or closing of a contact. Auxiliary 12 Vdc 100 mA power output to power sensor. The unit is an environmental protection to IP65 and CE approved.

• Power Supply 85 VAC to 265 VAC.
• Auxiliary Output 12 VDC ±10% 100mA for powering sensors.
• Display 3 line high contrast that is lit from the back. Line 1 with 8 numeric LCD, line 2 with 12 numbers and characters and line 3 with 12 numbers and characters.
• The keyboard is a rubber sealed keyboard with 10 keys.
• Connections 1 by 9 way and 1 by 10-way plug-in terminal strips with wire grips. Each one is capable of accepting up to 2 2.5 mm conductors.
• Prescaler 0.0025 to 9.99999. Multiplying 0.00250 to 9.99999. Dividing 1 to 9999.
• Rate input with 8 VDC to 30 VDC. Maximum 600k PPM (10nkHz), minimum 4.7 PPM (0.078Hz ie one pulse every 12.8s)
• Control Inputs are external reset, count inhibits, keyboard disable. Maximum 30Hz contact closure or solid-state input. 8 - 30VDC optoisolated.
• Disable the manual reset on installation or remotely.
• Remote Reset contact closure or pulse (maximum 30 Hz).
• Automatic Reset can be a program to reset to zero on reaching preset 3 or vice versa.
• Control Outputs 3 SPST relays. Contacts 5A 260VAC, 220VDC 1300VA/150W. Programmable for pulsed, latched or disabled.
• Front Panel Sealing is IP65 protected when properly mounted using gasket supplied.
• Operating temperature is -10°C to +60°C.
