Turck Banner Isolating Switching Amplifier
Utilised in multiple industrial applications where digital signals must be electrically separated and processed or a current and voltage limited power supply is needed, isolating amplifier interface devices such as the MK1-2RP-24VDC are the ideal solution. Switching amplifiers are designed to transmit galvanically isolated binary signals from sensors or mechanical contacts.
TURCKs isolating switching amplifier - MK1-2RP features input circuit monitoring so that the cable to the sensor or contact is monitored for short-circuit or wire-break conditions. Switching amplifiers have to be mounted in a safe area that features intrinsically safe circuits.
Isolating Switching Amplifier Features:
- The 2-channel isolating switching amplifier MK1-2RP/24VDC is equipped with an intrinsically safe input circuit
- Sensors according to EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR) can be connected to the device or potential free contactors
- The coupler features short-circuit protected, pnp transistor outputs
- The yellow LED indicates the switching status
