The TIS 1304 is a moisture meter that can measure moisture in sawn timber, paper, cardboard, building materials, mortar, concrete and plaster. It displays the moisture level and measures the environment temperature. It also has a built in flash light. Another unique feature is a built in 'proving test' which proves the tester is 'working' and 'reading' correctly, all this at the right price too!
