Photoelectric Sensor Light Grid Array, 8 Leds, 2 x PNP

Switching automation Retro-reflective light grids ideally suited for the detection of very fast moving and transparent objects up to a distance of 1.5 metres. The WLG12-P537 is a retro-reflective light grid with a 87.5 mm detection height, 2 PNP output and a 0.6 mm response time. Packed with features, this sensor has 8 visible transmitter LEDs, sensitivity adjustable by a potentiometer, visible light beam to aid set-up and has a polarizing filter to cater for reflective surfaces.

This Photoelectric sensor is ideal for applications including detecting damaged pallets, leading edge detection, checking the edges of material webs and detecting and sorting bottles. At the same time, depending on the set sensitivity, the WLG can detect objects which are only 6 mm in size at a distance of 400 mm. This capable sensor is the perfect solution for the detection of transparent objects and items with reflective surfaces.
