The VLT FC302 VLT AutomationDrive is a capable 11 kW (15 HP) motor drive controller that represents a single drive concept to control the entire range of operations from standard to servo on any machine or production line. Modular open-technology platform makes the VLT FC302 exceptionally adaptable and programmable, this controller is configurable, with a user-friendly interface that supports local language.

The built-in Smart Logic Controller is the simple way to keep your AC drive, motor and application working together. Logic functions can be selected and run independent from the sequence control. This allows drives to monitor variables or signal defined events in an easy and flexible way independently of the motor control.

Adaptable, Modular Motor Drive

The VLT FC302 frequency converter can be adapted to any application via the use of additional modules with numerous options available, this modularity offers the benefit of buying on a need-to-have basis. Optional modules include Fieldbus options such as CanOPen, Modbus TCP, Safety PLC interfaces, Brake chopper and resistors, Sine-wave filters and multiple I/O and feedback options.

Hot Pluggable

The Hot Pluggable, Local Control Panel (LCP) can be plugged in directly or connected through a cable for remote commissioning and can be disconnected during operation and replaced with a blind cover. Settings are easily transferred via the LCP from one drive to another or from a PC to a drive with the MCT 10 Software. Suitable for a variety of applications including those found in Industrial automation and process control and certain safety installations.
