Rectifier & Schottky Diodes
Rectifier diodes are used to rectify alternating currents
and to flow a current through a circuit in one direction - changing alternating
current (AC) into direct current (DC). Schottky diodes are also known as barrier diodes or hot
carrier diodes. They can be used as rectifiers, for the voltage clamping of
applications, to prevent batteries from discharging, and more. They have fast
switching action and a high current density.
We supply a range of rectifier diodes and Schottky diodes
suitable for a range of applications, from manufacturers including Semikron
