EMI/RFI Suppression Filters

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is the ability of electrical equipment to function in their specific electromagnetic environment. This is achieved by limiting the generation, propagation and reception of electromagnetic energy which may cause unwanted effects such as EMI (also called RFI) or even physical damage to equipment 

RFI Suppression Filters are an ideal solution to interference problems that can be caused by high frequency emissions of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and inverters. Micro-processor based equipment can be sensitive to the common and differential mode noise created by VFD and inverter systems. EMI/RFI filters are designed for installation into equipment that is causing the noise so that it protects other sensitive electronic loads within the system. These filters are typically used with AC and DC Motor drives, UPS, and Active Harmonic Filters to meet EMC requirements, reduce and prevent electrical noise problems and protect your sensitive loads.
