Light Stacks & Light Towers
Light stacks, light towers or tower lights are
commonly used with equipment in manufacturing and process control environments
to provide a visual indication of a machine state or process event to machine
operators and factory personnel.
Light stacks and light towers (also known as beacon
towers) are a vertical assembly of coloured lens and lamps constructed to suit stages
of the particular process in question, providing a visual indication of the
status of the process. Tower lights are found in numerous industrial applications,
from traffic light systems in warehouses to industrial process stage
notification.
