The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 - SI 2012 3032
Kempston Controls is a distributor and does not manufacture or design the products we sell; however, we fully committed to the aims and requirements of the RoHS Directive and will be able to confirm the status of individual part numbers and predict compliance dates, provided the relevant information is available from the manufacturer.
Many of manufacturers have now finalised their compliance plans and will issue their statements regarding the directives as well as offering compliance details on an individual part number basis.
