Twinaxial Cable

Twinaxial cable is a communication transmission cable similar to a coaxial cable, but, as the name suggests, instead of one inner core, it has two insulated wire conductors. The two centre conductors are encapsulated in a shielding, which is then enclosed by a tubular outer conductor, typically braided steel or foil. A protective sheath surrounds the entire assembly, this construction helps provide defence against low-frequency magnetic noise and reducing cable losses.
