Kempston Controls 2024 Christmas Shipping Dates

Orders will leave Monday 23rd as normal, 24th UPS will deliver up to around 2pm (mainly express’s will be delivered)

Standard Carriage will be Thursday 19th

Next Day Carriage will be Friday 20th

Saturday deliveries will run as normal on 21st (delivery by 2pm)

Out of hours will run through regardless.

Returns and Cancellations



Returns

For Customers other than Consumers, a handling charge may apply in respect of all products returned other than due to defects covered by the warranty. Any request to return products are at the discretion of Kempston Controls.

Customers may only return products to Kempston Controls where prior approval has been granted, and receive a credit or refund or replacement on the following conditions:

  1. The Customer should contact Kempston Controls to obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all relevant paperwork)
  2. Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation) or collection of such product(s).
  3. i Products must be returned to Kempston Controls in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale;
  4. The Customer must follow any specific instructions which appear on the Kempston Controls paperwork with any product regarding its return to Kempston Controls; and
  5. Products must be returned to Kempston Controls adequately packed and clearly labelled using the address label attached to the Returns Material Authorisation
  6. The Customer must quote the Returns Number on the parcel being returned.

Where the Customer returns products to Kempston Controls not in accordance with clause (i) – (vi) above (for example, after the period for returns has expired or in an unfit state) Kempston Controls may refuse to accept the return and return the products to the Customer.

Kempston Controls accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from Customer to Kempston Controls where Kempston Controls has not provided the collection Services.

Customers may return products to Kempston Controls where Kempston Controls have caused the error and receive a credit or refund or replacement on the following conditions:

  1. The Customer should contact Kempston Controls to obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all relevant paperwork)
  2. Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation) or collection of such product(s).
  3. Products must be returned to Kempston Controls in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale;
  4. The Customer must follow any specific instructions which appear on the Kempston Controls paperwork with any product regarding its return to Kempston Controls;
  5. Kempston Controls will use a courier to arrange collection of the order, the courier will bring with them a label for attaching to the package.

Cancellations

Kempston Controls may, at its discretion, allow an order to be cancelled where there is no fault with the product, Customer provides reasonable explanation for the cancelation (lead time claims will not be valid) and subject to:

  1. if applicable, subject to manufacture approval of the cancellation
  2. Kempston Controls must have confirmed the cancelation in writing
  3. Any charges applicable to the cancellation from the Manufacture will be the sole responsibility of the Customer
  4. Customer must provide a hard copy order to cover any charges mentioned in clause 'iii'
