Enclosure Thermostats

Enclosure thermostats are a compact thermostat designed for use in control cabinets that contain electronic and electrical equipment. They operate in tandem with heating and cooling devices to ensure a safe operating temperature and protect the equipment against condensation, humidity and frost. 

Enclosures Thermostats with Normally Closed (NC) contacts are used with anti-condensation heaters to help maintain an established minimum temperature that will prevent condensation build-up. Normally Open (NO) thermostats are used to switch on a fan when the temperature reaches the maximum preset, replacing the hot air with cooler ambient air. A changeover thermostat can have both minimum and maximum settings, allowing it to control both heating and cooling.
