Non-Contact Safety Switch Actuator, Magnetically Coded

Non-contact safety switch replacement magnetic actuator for use with SICK RE11-SXX and RE11-SXXX magnetic safety switches. These capable contact free safety switches are equipped with NC/NO contacts and are magnetically coded to their actuator. These magnetically actuated safety switch systems are ideal for use in areas where there is a high level of contamination by being easy to clean and maintain.

Typical applications include the monitoring of safety doors and removable guards used to protect user from easily accessing dangerous machinery and processes. The dangerous state of a machine can only be switched on when the guard is closed (which activates the switch), if the guard is opened while the machinery is running a stop command is triggered slowing the machine to a stop.
