Ground Through Terminal block, Yellow/Green, 3 conductor, 16 mm2, Operating slot

This capable ATEX rated green and yellow ground terminal block, suitable for Ex e II applications, has been designed for use in areas where the presence of vapours and gases in the atmosphere could prove dangerous if ignited by an errant spark. This terminal block fits 35mm DIN Rails and incorporates secure cage clamp technology and is around 30% smaller than standard terminal blocks.

Versatile, this 3 conductor WAGO TOPJOB S single level DIN rail mount terminal block with operating slot, enables easy connection when using an appropriate tool which remains in the operating slot until termination is complete.  The clamping point is marked by the inserted tool and is held open, leaving hands free for wiring. This product is also available to order individually. For suitable endplates see part numbers 2016-1391 and 2016-1392.

The WAGO TOPJOB S range of DIN rail terminal blocks can also be fitted with marker to assist engineers and electricians when wiring and fault finding. Approvals – AEx – UL 60079, ATEX - EN 60079, CCCEx - CNCA-C23-01, EAC - TP TC 012/2011, IECEx - IEC 60079, INMETRO – IEC 60079.

What are DIN Rail Mount Terminal Blocks used for?

DIN rail mount terminal blocks are designed to allow engineers and electricians to connect electrical circuit wiring to supply systems and other pieces of equipment such as motors, power supplies, fuses, etc.

Terminal blocks are one of the most widely used electrical connection products used within industrial electrical supply installations, establishing a semi-permanent link in an electrical supply system allowing power to pass around a circuit. Feed through terminal blocks also facilitate easy replacement and expansion should the demands of the system change.
